Ted is a tourist,who can\'t really see clearly. He among other tourists caught sight of a beautiful apartment. There was a sign written with curvy S\'s on the apartment,which said,\"Shining Shores\". So Ted,unlike the others, read it out loud,mistaking the S\'s for W\'s.
